Meet Sparky! Sparky is a beautiful petite white Maltese. At his small compact size, he is just 10lbs. and boy is he cute.

Sparky is approximately 12 years of age. He is quiet, sweetlittle senior. He is a submissive boy and has a lovely temperament.

He came to us from the Carson Shelter as he was relinquished for being too old and boring. He is quite anxious to please his human.

Sparky does not bark so far although he may open up more and start to share his voice as he becomes more comfortable.

Sparky is shy and quiet and is just now learning his name. He will make some wonderful family and loving, faithful, and adorable companion.

One of his favorite things is his soft dog bed. He will sit primly and sweetly on it during the evening like a little gentleman. He sleeps through the night

So far he has done very well with housebreaking in his foster home. His new owners will want to reinforce his good potty practice with frequent trips out and lavish praise when he accomplishes his goal!

Sparky is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and is ready to find his new amazing forever home where he will be treasured for the rest of his life.

PUPDATE - Our little Mariposa 💕💕💕💕💕💕 is a 3-4 year old Miniature Pincher who was brought in as a stray to Carson Shelter where she sat for 40 days. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! This poor female Pincher was alone and scared the entire time in the medical building. They did a skin scrape to rule out mange but she has a bad case of dermatitus. She then had kennel cough and was given two rounds of antibiotics. They spayed her on September 11th in this condition. Mariposa was then slated for euthanasia instead of doing anything to ease her suffering or allow her to be seen by the public. We could not bear it. This is what evil humans do and allow to happen. Not on our watch. We saved her life. In the past 6 weeks that Mariposa has been in foster this is what we know She has the sweetest disposition. She is a cuddle bug - lap dog Her tail never stops wagging She loves plush squeaky toys She know how to play fetch She learned the doggie door in one day by following her foster brothers She is potty trained, crate trained Walks nicely on her new harness Current vaccines & micro-chipped.
